Ad-hoc Support and One-off Projects

If you want access to our support services as and when you need it, but don’t want to be tied into a contract, our ad-hoc support service is right for you. We respond on an incident-by-incident basis, and you only pay for the amount of time we spend on that incident. Annual Support Contracts

Our Annual Support Contracts provides unlimited telephone support for a straightforward fixed monthly fee – based on the number of PCs and Servers you have. You can call us as often as you need to without the worry of escalating support bills. Where we need to visit you our call-out fees are discounted compared to our ad-hoc rates. And for additional help outside the contract we also discount our ad-hoc rates.[more ... ]

Total Assurance

Our Total Assurance contracts are ideal for those organisations who want their entire computer network pro-actively managed on a day-to-day basis. By monitoring your network and installing patches as they are issued dramatically reduces the likelihood of a significant failure and subsequent loss of productivity for you organisation. Each contract is individually tailored to meet specific needs and in addition to complete day-to-management provides as much support as required for a fixed annual fee. [more ... ]
